Dirk Wollschläger

Dirk works as a management consultant, CxO Advisor, Non-executive Director, and Start-up Advisor. He has many years of leadership experience in technology companies and consulting firms and has an excellent network in the automotive industry.

He started as an executive assistant at a large engineering company. This was followed by various management positions in the metal industry.

In 2000, he joined PwC Consulting, where he became a partner. In 2002, he moved to IBM, where he advised various companies in the automotive supplier industry. From 2005 he managed IBM's global consulting and SI business with DaimlerChrysler AG. Since 2007, he led IBM's overall business with Daimler AG as Managing Director.

In 2012, as General Manager, he was given overall responsibility for IBM’s global business with the automotive industry. From 2012 to 2014 he was on assignment in Shanghai, China. In 2016, the responsibility was expanded, and he was assigned as Global Industry General Manager Automotive, Aerospace and Defense Industries.

At the end of 2021 Dirk left IBM and founded his own company 'W& Consulting', a strategy and technology consultancy.
